shoes & sweets is what a girl wants to eat

Fancy a playground filled with shoes and all that is good? Well, Mulberry has cottoned on to the sweet tooth craze. A candy-coloured wonderland of gorgeous shoes and sweets - fringed moccasin booties, Bayswater pumps, fabric sandals and rivet heels, wrapped in a Virgin Suicides meets Tim Walker bow.

In addition, you will also find the entire SS10 clothing and accessories collection, with more variations of the now infamous Alexa bag(I WANT ONE, don't you? So fierce!!!!!) and whimsical charms to personalise your wares.

Why the pause??? Get your skates on and check out their Bond Street store which has undergone a makeover. The whole downstairs area has been transformed into a playground with plenty of balloons, lollipops and even a carousel horse!!!

chicks, get your kicks!

My latest obsession with luxe sportswear mixed with heavy hip hop influence has led me to salivate over the latest kicks by Jimmy Choo. The King of Pop's passing has clearly started a revival in terms of how his music and style have influenced fashion's pop culture. It's THE thing for Spring combined with those ever-oh-so cute dresses and shorts. The high-top designs are sleek, luxe, and combines a hint of old-school trainer style with a glamorous yet effortlessly cool look. The collection comprises six styles—high- and low-tops—made of patent leather, suede, and elaphe snake skin, and is influenced by today’s music, youth, and pop culture. What kind of sneaker-style will you be kicking this Spring/Summer '10? I, on the other hand will be re-thinking my Converse/Nike line up. Need to expand the fam, y'know!

gentiluomo elegante

This is a sneak peek at some of the very first photos to be released of the Prada Menswear Spring/Summer 2010 campaign, as shot by Hedi Slimane. Since leaving Dior Homme, Slimane seamlessly slipped into fashion photography, teaming up with for the first time Prada last year; this photo shoot marks the third collaboration for Slimane and the fashion house, and we hope not the last. The male models make tightrope walking look so effortless!
