to be above or over the knee

As the new season is fully upon us (in fashion of course!). Hemlines are also a-changing. I am loving the over-the-knee dresses. It's a breath of fresh air from the short and shorter to-the-belt size darlings that have been a summer staple for a long time. Fitted shapes with this sort of hemline, is very elegant coupled with heels of course. The plus point is, the new take on the fitted dress shape, now with cut-outs to allow us to be daring and cool pastels to allow for more bejewelled adornments and the longevity to last us till the Fall.
