It's been a crazy fashion week, awards ceremony few months with nail art going to a whole new level. Like many, my love for a mani and playing around with some 'art' has resulted in some of my own experiments.

It is the season to bring on the glitter and gold and all that jazz to your nails.

In the actioned-packed week where Paris Fashion Week came to a close and the first series of the Presidential debate began, there has been lots of low belt slinging going on. All themed ironically yellow, furry and Big Bird! So excuse the fuzzy pictures, because they are meant to be as an ode to all the talk action - fuzzy. Celine also weighed in on this with its take on the furry heel! Hailing as practical alternative to the Ugg maybe? Well, Philo never misses a beat and most say that she seems to be ahead of the curve in terms of predicting what women need/want/covet. I cannot agree more in most cases, but this??!! Well, I will leave it to Big Bird and Mr Romney to state their cases in the next debate maybe. Poor Obama. He needs a new feathery stance.

balls that connect the dots

Is this when you can aptly describe AMAZE BALLS? I certainly think so. My recent visit to the Saatchi Gallery and seeing these giant balls made of different materials, blew me away. Literally. Added to this, the season's latest obsession with dots only summarises the whole dotty feeling. The heels with dot detail - simple, finite and sleek! WANT!

I love the simplicity of outfits, especially when the stylist juice bank runs dry sometimes. Basic denim and a white t-shirt never fails to make you feel pulled together. Dress it down with boyfriends or amp it up with some covetable skinnies.
