splendour of cobalt
The works of Yves Klein in the marvellous cobalt colour. Amazing display worth squillions! Thank God for the amazing Frieze Masters. It was definitely worth the visit and a much more civilised space showcasing some of the best art by all great artists of the century.

interacting with frieze
Part 1 from my crazy cool visit to Frieze and Frieze Masters!!! Amazing!!! I like that we can also now interact with art and be childish and let our imaginations run wild and free.

anna and all her crazy bling
Loving all the crazy stuff that ADR has designed in collaboration with H&M. Doesnt' this look like Christmas come early? Forget the sense of being stylish for once and try piling everything on for that total rapper-ghetto OTT look. Haha! I DARE YOU!! Totes AMAZE!!

the yellow shoe fight
In the actioned-packed week where Paris Fashion Week came to a close and the first series of the Presidential debate began, there has been lots of low belt slinging going on. All themed ironically yellow, furry and Big Bird! So excuse the fuzzy pictures, because they are meant to be as an ode to all the talk action - fuzzy. Celine also weighed in on this with its take on the furry heel! Hailing as practical alternative to the Ugg maybe? Well, Philo never misses a beat and most say that she seems to be ahead of the curve in terms of predicting what women need/want/covet. I cannot agree more in most cases, but this??!! Well, I will leave it to Big Bird and Mr Romney to state their cases in the next debate maybe. Poor Obama. He needs a new feathery stance.

kleptoprinto
ADR put him on the map last season by wearing his truly Romanesque dresses. The Italianate influences are true and true here given the most OTT-rapper-blinged up touch in his dresses. Here for S/S'13 it is a more toned down version with a mash-up of prints. Definitely worth a space in your wardrobe.

Loving this coat and the way the colours and textures bring this simple silhouette to life. It would be great to wear it now as we head into winter. With the shoes.... perfect combination. LOVE....

crushing the waves
It is always such a calming and lovely feeling to feel the sand on the beach underneath your feet, then to dip in the waves on an evening that feels really balmy. It's heaven, isn't it?

the five rings of peace
It's been amazing for the last couple of weeks being in London. The vibe of the Olympics has been truly electric including the action itself! The people's games is what London 2012 has inherited as being host. The amount of tears shed and emotions galore has been truly epic. So many records, so many achievements stamped into the history books. This will be one of the games to remember for a long time.....

ott and all that spice
Sometimes we do go through our cocoon stages of dressing. Not quite right, not quite on. It is our period of change, maybe due to a big recent purchase or the fact that we have just updated a section of our wardrobe.
How do you go forward to encompass everything you have bought into an outfit that is ok or comprehensible? When you are so so excited to showcase most everything? Well, it can be perplexing but nevertheless challenging and exciting with the endless options and new choices and probabilities.
I was faced with one such dilemma. Having recently acquired some beautiful pieces of jewellery from the very charming Mr Bernard Delettrez (yes, you guessed it, the father of the famous Delfina Delettrez). His works are breathtaking and so beautifully detailed. I love them all!

your last shoe meal
This was my first Louboutin shoe meal. It was shall I say, quite surreal.... but if it were to be my last shoe meal, this would probably be it. The bucket list of a simple high heel with an amped up colour twist, a red mini heel with Swarovski (of course) and the iconic gladiator in some sort of reptile skin. Delicious, exotic and simply fulfilling. What's yours?
